Do you already golf but wish you had more women to actually golf with? Maybe you’ve been playing for years & would love to know more women around St. Cloud who enjoy the game too. Maybe you’ve recently learned & you’re ready to put those new skills to use. Or maybe you know how to golf but would feel more comfortable getting out there with a small group & a golf professional nearby. That’s exactly what The Next Nine is for. From Practice to Playing Together On the fourth Sunday of every month, Coach Roger & April take a small group of eight women onto the golf course. We’ll warm up together, split into two foursomes & head out to play. If you’ve been golfing for years, come play your game & enjoy having other women to play it with. If you’re newer to the course, this is your chance to use the skills you’ve learned in an actual round without feeling like you have to figure everything out by yourself. Coach Roger will move between the groups while we play. He’ll be there if you want help with a shot, club selection, course strategy, rules, etiquette or one of those situations that’s simply easier to understand when it happens in front of you. If you don’t need help, play your game & enjoy the afternoon. Golf Is Only Part of the Afternoon Some of the best parts of golf happen between the shots. The conversations in the cart. Cheering for a beautiful shot. Helping find a ball. Laughing when a shot doesn’t go quite as planned. Riding to the next hole talking about everything except golf. The Next Nine gives us a place to use the skills we already have or the ones we’ve recently learned while getting to know other women who enjoy being out there too. Come with a friend or come on your own. You may leave knowing a few women you’d really like to play with again.
