Before beginning private lessons, Coach Roger conducts a one-hour assessment to better understand your child's current abilities, learning style, goals, and developmental needs. This assessment allows us to: • Establish a starting point • Identify strengths and opportunities • Recommend the most appropriate lesson plan • Create realistic development goals • Ensure your child is placed on the best path for success This process helps families maximize their investment while providing a personalized experience from day one. 🟠 What Happens After the Assessment? Following the assessment, Coach Roger will recommend the most appropriate next step, which may include: • Beginner Golf Lessons • Competitive Junior Development • PGA Jr. League • Homeschool Golf PE • Camps and Clinics • Tournament Preparation A customized development plan will be created based on your child's age, experience, goals, and readiness. 🟣 Program Details • Ages: 4–18 • Skill Level: Beginner to Advanced • Session Type: Private 1-on-1 Assessment • Assessment Length: 60 Minutes • Location: Royal St. Cloud Golf Links • Step Up for Students: Accepted • Required Before Private Lessons: Yes $50 Assessment Fee A professional evaluation designed to help your junior golfer start with confidence and a clear path forward. 🔵 Ready to Begin? Cancellation Policy
FLORIDA JUNIOR GOLF PARENT & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT By registering for or participating in any Florida Junior Golf lesson, camp, clinic, league, team, event, class, course, program, or activity, I agree to the following: • Consent & Participation I give permission for myself and/or my child to participate in Florida Junior Golf activities. I understand golf involves inherent risks, including physical activity, equipment use, golf balls, golf carts, weather, and outdoor conditions. I voluntarily assume these risks and release Florida Junior Golf, Coach Roger, staff, volunteers, facilities, and affiliated organizations from liability except in cases of gross negligence. • Medical Authorization In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, I authorize Florida Junior Golf staff to seek appropriate medical care if I cannot be reached. I accept responsibility for any related medical expenses. • Attendance & Scheduling Participants should arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals may result in reduced participation time. Florida Junior Golf reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, locations, or activities when necessary. • Cancellations & Refunds Private lessons require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Missed lessons, no-shows, late cancellations, unused sessions, registrations, camps, clinics, leagues, courses, classes, and events are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. • Weather Policy Activities may continue during normal Florida weather conditions. Programs may be modified, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled due to unsafe weather at the discretion of Florida Junior Golf or the host facility. • Conduct & Safety Participants and families are expected to demonstrate respectful and sportsmanlike behavior. Florida Junior Golf may suspend or remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct without refund. • Media Release Photos and videos may be used for educational, promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless a parent or guardian provides written notice declining permission. • Step Up for Students Families using Step Up for Students funding are responsible for maintaining approvals, authorizations, and timely payments. • Agreement By registering, booking, purchasing, signing electronically, or participating, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms and that I am the participant or the parent/legal guardian of the participant.
